OVERNIGHT & EXTENDED DAY CAMPS
If you are looking for truly the summer camp experience, then our overnight camps are the choice for you! Our overnight camp includes room and board, as well as a weeks worth of tennis and evening activities. Campers will stay in the dorms on campus and will get the real life college experience of being on your own for a few days. Our staff will also stay in the dorms labeled to provide supervision for the entirety of the camp. The typical overnight camp runs Sunday-Friday. Some evening activities may not be included.
You don’t have to spend the night to have a comprehensive camp experience. The extended day option includes lunch and dinner (at most locations), as well as tennis and evening activities. Check is is typically Sunday-Friday and ends daily at 9pm unless specifically noted otherwise.

- Some helpful conversations for parents to have with kids before camp
- Help your child understand how to get a healthy balance of food in the dining hall
- The importance of sleep, so they can make the most of the next day of camp.
- The importance of hydration, especially during the heat of summer. This is good to start a week before camp so kids get into good habits once camp starts
- Practice setting an alarm in the morning and be able to wake themselves up in the morning. (Coaches will knock on their doors in the morning as a backup, but all campers are required to get up and be ready for breakfast)
- Campers are allowed to bring electronics to camp, but they are responsible for keeping track of them. Phones and other electronics are not allowed on the field in order to maintain focus during training sessions. The best time to catch your child on the phone is most likely after lunch in the break around 1-2pm or in the evening after 8:30pm.
- We recommend kids shouldn’t bring any more than $20 – $30 for the occasional pizza or camp store item.
- Personal snack foods are allowed
- Some type of granola bar or power bar
- Whole fruits like apples or bananas (these will be available to take from the dining hall as well)
- Pretzels are great for carbs
- Do not bring anything that needs to be refrigerated, not all schools have personal units
- Rather than bringing a case of water, we suggest packing powdered drink packets such as Gatorade packets or liquid Mio Brand.
- Things to bring to help the camper have more fun during the rest time
- A deck of playing cards
- Bluetooth speaker to play music
- Book or Magazine
- Frisbee
