HRC camp is focused on creating good foundation and technique for players of all ages and level. All our pro’s are certified and have done their PA background checks. HRC has a 4 to 1 camper to pro ration which allows campers to receive more attention on and off the court.
With eight air-conditioned indoor tennis courts and a beautiful facility, the HRC summer tennis camp is a perfect spot to improve your game and have fun!
At the Hershey Racquet Club campers will receive:

Monday: Focus on grip, ground-strokes, footwork
Tuesday: Focus on ground-strokes, volleys and skill games
Wednesday: Focus on overhead, serves and skill games
Thursday: Focus on grips, return, and footwork
Friday: Review ground-strokes, volley, overhead, serves and Match Play
8:45 Campers check in
9:00 Stretching and warm-up
9:15 On-court training
11:15 Match play
1:30 Match situation drills
4:00 Campers depart
Day Campers: Check in will be daily from 8:45am-9am at the tennis courts. Campers should be picked up daily at the tennis courts at 4:00pm. Half Day Campers leave at 12pm each day.
Below is a suggested list of items to bring to camp. We suggest that campers do not bring expensive personal items such as cameras, iPods/iPads, etc. Cell phones are allowed in the dining areas, but not on the courts during training sessions. Please label every article you bring to camp. All items will be the responsibility of the camper. adidas Tennis Camps and its staff are not responsible for lost, stolen or forgotten items.

Players are grouped first by age and then by ability. The first session is an assessment session – we will update groups after the first day
Trainers are on site to aid in illness, injury prevention and first aid.
All campers are required to have a completed health form in order to participate at camp. You can either fill out our health form or use the doctors form and use our form as a cover page. Please fill out contact information and parent signature. HEALTH FORM
We utilize inclement weather opportunities to focus on agility training, strategy sessions, individual meetings.
You are responsible for getting yourself to and from campus, adidas Tennis Camps does not provide transportation.
Any camper who must cancel prior to camp will receive a camp credit equal to the amount of camp tuition already paid. The credit is transferable to another family member and is good for any adidas Tennis Camp or eCamps Partner program through next summer (agreement begins at time of purchase). Any cancellation within 5 days of the start of camp will result in a camp credit minus $100 cancellation fee. Camp credits are not extended to campers who leave camp after the start of a session. CASH/CREDIT CARD REFUNDS ARE NOT OFFERED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE.
Eric Atobaba is the tennis pro at Hershey Racquet Club and he holds a USPTA and PTR Certification. He spent his early years in tennis as a touring pro in which he was a ITF Junior Top 200 player, Davis Cup Player from Ghana and a futures player. He is the former hitting partner for Raveen Kingsley and Anne-Liz Juekeng-Nkamgavo. Coach Eric is also the first coach for high rank junior players like Wayne Nelms Jr. and Jelani Sarr.
With his experience as a touring pro and a coach, Coach Eric puts an emphasis on technique, form as well as attitude, discipline and work ethic in order to get the most out of each and every player. Not only does his knowledge to helping campers be better on the court, but also in life.
